Javier Jara, along with the E.S.B. M.A.C.C., bring the grammy-award-winning, brass player, Felipe "El Tiburon" Borrero, and virtuoso guitarist Jose Manuel Tejeda to the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center for a night of Caribbean music. Javier Jara, a versatile vocalist in his own right, will provide vocals.
