Monks

Monks is a pop-up Jazz venue supported by local musicians, fans and East-Austin businesses in Austin, Texas. The brainchild of Austin jazz wunderkind and pianist extraordinaire Collin Shook, Monks showcases extraordinarily-talented local and touring Jazz musicians in an intimate setting. The venue has recently moved loctions and is currently hosted within the Fast Folks bike-shop premises. Admission is typically $20 (all going to the musicians) and includes a selection of complimentary beverages.
